Highly skilled staff, excellent range of services and high quality care. Gerry made me a bespoke splint to help with my night-time grinding. This has been absolutely brilliant - fits really well and has totally solved my grinding and I have no more jaw ache and headaches. Thank you guys!!

Had an excellent experience with the staff members of this dentist. Sofia and Helenor were just outstanding they let me know about everything that was happening as I had a root canal treatment which I was very nervous to have but I felt much more comfortable with it whilst I was getting it done hands down the best dentist around thank you all.

I’m a really nervous patient, and I’ve had previous difficult experiences, but after meeting Sofia she helped reassure me about what my options were and especially about relaxation and analgesia.this helped reduce my anxiety. When I came in for my first treatment today with Sofia & Karla, I ended up falling asleep in the chair ☺️ which kind of speaks for itself. Highly recommended

As a new patient here, I would like to thank Sofia and Kirsten for making me feel so at ease here, because I was very nervous due to having had a bad experience before at a previous dentist which made me lose trust in other dentists. Thankfully my husband found this one on line and I’m glad he did. From the first time of meeting them both I could tell it was going to be so different and it was. They talk you through the process first then make sure that your treatment is pain free and to me that was my biggest concern, I need not have worried because they were true to their word and I thank them both so much again. I would highly recommend them

I had a crisis on the Thursday and I was going on holiday on the Sunday I needed help. Gerry was absolutely amazing he came up with a solution on the spot and it’s allowed to put the stresses behind me and look forward to my holiday. I cannot praise Gerry enough the man is a genius.

Wow, I have been an anxious patient for 45 years and could only have treatment with sedation. However Gerry talked me through a procedure for an extraction today without sedation and put me at ease with the option to try this. I could also stop the treatment at any point. He was patient and ensured I felt as relaxed as possible. After further discussion, I had gel placed on the area prior to 2 injections and then the tooth extracted. No pain at all, and so delighted to have had this done without sedation after so many years. Other than this, I have been a patient of the Tooth Doctor since 2008 and can not fault anything, the care and treatment etc has always been 5 star from all in the Tooth Doctor's surgery, and this is why I have continued to be a patient at this practice since I moved to Stirling in 2012. Thank you again to Gerry for today, this was a milestone for me to have treatment without sedation.

I've been through a process of having implants. Gerry and his team were first class through every stage - From initial discussions and information , explaining what was being done and what was involved.As someone who is fairly nervous regarding dentistry in general I was made to feel at ease and relaxed at every stage.I am delighted with the outcome and can't recommend The Tooth Doctor highly enough.The ongoing after-care service has been superb.

I cannot thank Gerry, my dentist, and Aimee, the dental nurse, enough for their incredible care and professionalism. I had been avoiding the dentist for years due to traumatic experiences after a car accident, and I was so nervous that I even had hypnosis to prepare myself for the visit. However, from the moment I walked into the Tooth Doctor in Carluke, both Gerry and Aimee made me feel completely at ease.Their empathy, patience, and understanding were beyond reassuring, and I felt comfortable right from the start. Over four visits, they helped me overcome my fear, and I now feel confident and much better for it. Their expertise and attention to detail were top-notch, and the whole experience was so much smoother than I ever expected.I would also like to give a big shoutout to the fabulous receptionists who made everything run so smoothly. The six months between check up appointments goes so quickly. Another check up done tonight by Dr Sophia.The friendly receptionist, Taylor and of course Dr Sophia provided a first class service. Their professionalism, friendliness is second to none. Brilliant dental practice. I travel from Edinburgh to carluke for my dental care because their care is outstanding. Thank you once again.

4/9/24Had my routine hygienist appointment today with the lovely Janice. As always she was very professional whilst friendly and making it a relaxed experience; especially as she is aware I don't particularly like coming to the dentist 😁. Humour is also a strategy used 🤣.

I am an extremely anxious person when it comes to going to the dentist.However, from the moment I called the The Tooth Doctor I felt straight at ease. ALL the staff are genuinely lovely people, who always greet you with a lovely welcome making you feel relaxed straight away.As for Sofia and Kirsty, they have been absolutely fantastic. They both show a genuine interest in you as their patient and building a strong relationship to enable you to feel relaxed. They go above and beyond to try ensure your comfortable by providing different relaxation items from eye masks, lip balm etc which you get if your appointment is over 45 minutes long. I am now not terrified to go to the dentist all thanks to them and the care and passion they have in their job.I cannot thank or recommend anyone enough to go to The Tooth Doctor.

I've recently had a tooth implant and crown fitted by Gerry at The Tooth Doctor. I'm delighted with the results and so glad I went ahead with it. As someone who was terrified of the dentist resulting in sleepless nights shaking and fainting in the chair the horror that filled me when a tooth cracked was awful. I’d not been to a dentist since before Covid and was in no rush to go back. I saw the Tooth Doctor advertised and read the reviews and after a few failed attempts of actually me trying to get the courage to book in. I didThe whole experience from sitting in the waiting room to the actual treatment is amazing so friendly nothing is too much trouble and completely pain free. I had to go twice for fillings and the second time no stress no anxiety as the first was such a positive experience. I highly recommend them to anyone especially if you’re scared of the dentist. Massive thank you to Sofia for helping me get my smile back! Met both Sofia and Kirsty at the end of last year when I started my treatment and I have to say it's been a fabulous and very much a pain free experience the whole way. I don't know anyone that isn't normally anxious going to the dentist but as soon as you walk through the door, you're met by the lovely ladies sitting at reception who make you feel at ease and that continues through your whole appointment. Hi my name is Tracy Morton. I had an appointment with Jane Riley ,to be sedated for work done on my teeth.I was very nervous because of past experience from another dentist. Jane made me feel very relaxed as soon as I walked through the door. I can't believe Jane was able to complete all the work I needed doing, under sedation. I'm over the moon with my front teeth and been able to take my tooth out, with out any pain. Jane and Tyler are very lovely caring people. I would recommend Jane to anyone, very professional and caring.Thank you Jane. Gerry has carried out a lot of treatments for me and my family over the years cannot recommend enough. Having suffered with migraines for 20 years Gerry recommended trying a splint which was custom made and this has helped me massively with managing the daily pain. Highly recommend

I had lots of work done with Gerry and Aimee who were absolutely amazing with me, I was absolutely petrified prior to my first visit and from that visit on they done absolutely everything they could to make me at ease and calm during any treatments/ consultations.I hated my smile and never ever smiled in any pictures prior to my treatments. After much patience from Gerry and Aimee I am now soooo much more confident and actually find myself smiling 😃. Hi, I was looking for a dentist for possible dental implants and I decided to have a free consultation with The Tooth Doctor after visiting their website and reading the reviews, during my consultation with Corinne it was made clear to me the required treatment and the cost, when I decided to go ahead I had several appointments that were all at a convenient time for myself with the hygienist Kelly and Gerry my dentist, during my treatment I was always made aware what was going on and made as comfortable as possible, my implants and bridge have now been fitted and they are perfect, they look very natural and I have had lots of compliments on how good they look from my family and friends, I honestly can not thank Gerry and all the lovely staff at The Tooth Doctor for giving me smile back.thanks 😁
