Helen visited our practice to meet with our dedicated Smile Advisor, who took the time to fully understand her concerns. She had been struggling with an ill-fitting denture that affected her confidence and was interested in exploring a more permanent solution.

She then booked a full clinical assessment with Gerry, which included 3D scans, radiographs, and a CBCT scan to thoroughly evaluate her oral health. After reviewing her results, Helen chose to proceed with an implant bridge combined with ceramic restorations to achieve the smile she had always wanted.

We began by gently removing the necessary teeth and providing Helen with a temporary denture to support her through the healing phase.

After a couple of months, a bone graft was placed to ensure the best long-term stability for her implants. This healing stage lasted around four months, during which Helen attended regular review appointments so we could monitor her progress and ensure everything was healing as expected.

The next stage involved placing four implants using precise digital planning to achieve the most predictable result. We also used pain free techniques throughout to keep Helen as comfortable as possible. While waiting for the implants to integrate, Helen continued with routine care and began whitening treatment to enhance the overall brightness of her smile.
